DOMCCP has successfully facilitated birth certification and immunisation of over 170 needy children over the past 2 years. A total of 41 OVC enrolled for vocational training at Marange Vocational Training Centre completed their training in the disciplines of garment making, catering, building and carpentry. Seventy-five percent (75%) of these students underwent trade tests with the Ministry of Manpower Development and acquired journeyman classifications. The project is intending to support the graduates with tools for their trades so that they can start their own businesses.
